I was born with the "creative gene" and establishing my own interior design business and team is a dream come true.  I'm lucky to share my passion and use my creative talents on a daily basis, helping others to bring their personal vision to life. 

Tana Thompson Interiors was established in 2005, but my background in design goes far beyond that.  I designed my first room, wallpaper and all, at the age of 13.  With the influence of my amazingly talented mother and mother-in-law, as interior designers, I became immersed and inspired!  There was no turning back...

I received my formal education through Cal State Fullerton and University of California Riverside. The most profound education I've received is in the field, on-the-job.  Through  many years and 100's of projects, I bring immeasurable tried and true experience to the table. 

I'm an Essential Feng Shui Practitioner. I attended the Western School of Feng Shui in Encinitas, California. I couldn't have be more blessed,  then to have Tarah Kathryn Collins as a big influence, teacher and mentor.  This has proven to be an invaluable tool which is extremely important in my design practice. I implement principles of Feng Shui, in one way or another, within every project. Everything revolves around Chi!  I stay continually educated on the newest design trends and fashions, attending Design Markets and industry workshops, as a labor of love, as much as a practice for my work.

 One of my favorite hobbies is to learn and teach others.  I turned this passion into interior design and staging workshops and courses.  I began teaching my Staging Strategies for Success workshops in 2010.   Due to encouragement from my students,  I launched Fastrack Staging Certification Course for Real Estate agents in 2019.  This course offers great "inside" information specifically for agents, to add knowledge and confidence for their listing presentations and secured-listing staging strategies.  Your new insights will put you miles ahead of the competition, which in turn, will win listings as you impress your potential clients with your and "Staging Savvy". 

Currently I'm developing Rave Review Academy. RRA is an online educational platform for rental property owners and investors. I share my trade, design and remodeling secrets for maximizing properties, to maximize profits.
