"Proper staging and preparation are critical to reducing days on market and getting top dollar when listing luxury houses.
Sellers often have lots of interior accessories yet, they do not know to showcase home's architecture or it's surroundings. They are afraid to make changes or do not know how to enhance the home's appeal to a wide buying audience. Unless this is remedied, potential buyers' attention will be diluted by all the "things" in the home. They will fail to appreciate how they will live in the home and ultimately, not have an emotional connection to the home, let alone place an offer on it.
Naturally, this is contrary to what agents and clients want. Similarly, empty properties need some carefully placed furniture and accessories to enhance its features or add color to a palate that is too blank to spark the buyer's imagination.
